Success is measured by more than weight alone:  We have 9 different measurements to track your success.

  • Daily Caloric  Intake : estimated number of calories to maintain your current weight
  • Basal Metabolic Rate: How much calories you burn while at rest
  • Metabolic Age:  Your bodies age in years based on your Basal Metabolic rate.
  • Visceral Fat: How much fat you carry in your abdominal section.
These measurements are graphed and will show you week to week how you are progressing through the program.  What’s better is numbers don’t lie and at the end of this program you will be able to see your dramatic transformation.
